All of our products are final sale, if however your product is damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a full refund. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Yes. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to return in exchange for credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please complete the provided Invoice/Returns note and enclose within your package so that we can process your refund.
For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.
We are not obliged to provide you a refund until we receive the product(s) back from you or we receive evidence (such as proof of postage) from you that you have sent the item(s) back to us. We strongly recommend that you send the products using a secure or trackable method and that you retain your proof of postage.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
